I started my insurance journey 27 years ago, working for an insurance agency in Boston. For the next 20 years I worked for a variety of agencies. I sold my share of insurance and then some. I learned what worked and what didn't work. I received awards for my sales efforts and high praise from my clients. I managed agencies, built marketing campaigns, hired, and fired.

In 2000 I started my insurance consulting practice. I work for insurance buyers helping them buy and manage their insurance. Being on the buyer's side of the table has taught me a great deal. Some have called me the biggest buyer of insurance in the country. Every year I help my clients renew hundreds of insurance policies. Sure, there are agents who manage more insurance than I do. They are selling it though.
