Working With Insurance Agents - In my consulting practice I work with more than 150 different insurance agents each year. Over the years I have been able to establish relationships based on trust with most of the brokers. I believe that's largely due to the fact that I deal up-front with the expectations I have and the rules I play by. Not all agents will be thrilled that you're working on their accounts. However, by setting expectations and the rules of the game up-front you will avoid a great deal of concern and conflict.
