You’ll provide greater value to your clients and make more money, faster. You’ll receive unlimited access to me by e-mail and phone for six months. If it’s convenient for both of us, we can meet in person. You set the way we work and the frequency of our conversations. Call me for quick help or set an appointment to discuss bigger issues. Email me a question or send a proposal you’d like reviewed. We can discuss big issues or you can bounce simple ideas off me. It’s your choice. My job is to goad, push, pull, and poke you. I provide objective, informed advice on the operations and growth of your business. It is up to you to initiate any work we do together. Our efforts are at your direction. You contact me with a question or problem, and I respond. We can work on “Macro” issues (marketing, sales strategies, business plans, etc.), or “Micro” matters (what to say at a meeting, critiquing proposals, reports, etc.). I return all phone calls during business hours within 90 minutes, and all email within one business day. Your investment is $3,500 and is required to begin the work. The fee is not refundable for any reason. However, you may call for a pause in our work at any point. The clock starts again when you are ready.
